The token faced immediate headwinds from more than a dozen counterfeit versions that surfaced across multiple chains within an hour of the project's public announcement, and one tracked wallet lost $247,000 after purchasing near the top. The coin allocated 20% of its 1 billion-token supply to compensate holders of Donald Trump's TRUMP meme coin, which itself left investors with significant losses according to Public Citizen's estimates.
