Jumper launches XP Recovery tool allowing users with compromised wallets to migrate earned XP to a new address.

Jumper launched an XP Recovery tool on September 14, 2026, enabling users to migrate earned experience points from compromised wallets to new addresses. The tool requires users to verify ownership of the old wallet by signing a message, then submit a new wallet address; Jumper then reissues the XP the user qualifies for. The process involves no fund transfers or token approvals—only a signature.
The recovery mechanism merges activity history from both wallets into a single timeline and recomputes XP as though all activity had occurred on one account. This addresses missing points from disrupted tier progression without double-counting XP already earned on the new wallet. Eligible wallet pairs are reviewed monthly, with recovered XP issued as a single credit to the new address in the following month. The feature applies only to EVM wallets, each wallet pair can be used only once, and the official mission page is the sole venue for submission.
Several constraints shape the recovery process: a compromised wallet cannot be used for recovery more than once, a new wallet can receive recovery only once, and wallets that already obtained XP from another source remain ineligible. After recovery completes, future activity on the compromised wallet generates no additional XP. Submitting a request does not guarantee recovered XP will be issued, and support is available through the in-app widget or Discord.
