Zcash scheduled the Ironwood protocol update for July 28 at 08:00 ET to address vulnerabilities in its Orchard privacy pool. The update will also include deployment of a tool designed to detect potential counterfeit ZEC minting. ZEC traded up 7% around the time of the announcement.
