The Solana ecosystem executed more than 20 launches and integrations in a single week, highlighted by SBI Global Asset Management's introduction of tokenized Japanese equities through DigiFT and a surge in real-world asset adoption to 300,000 holders. SBI Holdings separately announced plans to transition SBI R3 Japan into SBI Solana Global, targeting support for stablecoin infrastructure, RWAs, and cross-border settlement capabilities. Separately, Backpack Securities began offering tokenized equity shares onchain, recording $1.5 billion in trading volume within its first month across six listed assets.
The wave encompassed trading and settlement platforms—including spot trading via JTX Trade, permissionless margin markets via Omnipair, and AI agent settlement infrastructure from Yellow—alongside specialized derivatives and opinion-trading venues. Tokenized equity markets reached $535 million in total onchain value, marking a new all-time high, while perpetual DEX trading exceeded $1 billion in 24-hour volume. Additional launches ranged from fractional land ownership in Egypt via an Aradymisr partnership to claim markets and real-money opinion markets, alongside upgrades to token risk assessment tools.
Several metrics underscore ecosystem momentum: tokenized Micron shares surpassed $300 million in cumulative onchain volume, Jupiter's Gacha product generated $9 million within five days, and Mayan reached $6 billion in lifetime swap volume. What remains unclear is whether this activity represents sustained demand or a concentrated cycle driven by new product launches and promotional activity.
