The company terminated its revenue-sharing staking arrangement with Ethereum Tower LLC on September 4 and adopted a flat 1.50% fee structure with American Validator LLC for its 5,067,309 staked ETH through its in-house validator network. Liquid assets including cash and marketable securities climbed to $593 million, while BitMine also holds 211 Bitcoin and equity stakes in Beast Industries and Eightco Holdings.
