Tesla, SpaceX, Amazon, Netflix, Lam Research, and SoFi have objected to tokenized trading of their shares on the OKX-ICE platform, bringing total objections to 56 companies as of a November 2 notice. Under the SEC's innovation exemption, companies can block third-party tokenized versions of their shares for 30 days after notification, though issuers may still tokenize their own stocks on the venue. The roster of objecting megacap firms now includes Microsoft, Alphabet, and Nvidia, with Apple remaining notably absent from the list.
